Out of 600 submissions from around the world, 15 finalists have been chosen for honors that recognize the next generation of film, games and immersive storytellers.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) have announced their 15 finalists for the 2026 BAFTA Student Awards, which were chosen from more than 600 submissions from universities around the globe across film, games, and immersive categories.

Hard-hitting Netflix drama Adolescence has triumphed at the Bafta Television Awards - winning a record four trophies. The programme, which was one of the most talked about of last year, won the Best Limited Series award, while Stephen Graham, Owen Cooper and Christine Tremarco all won acting prizes.
