LOS ANGELES (AP) - In "Disclosure Day," out Friday, Steven Spielberg is once again inviting audiences to ponder the existence of extraterrestrial life - and the implications it would have for religion on Earth.

The United States government's recent release of hundreds of previously classified unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) cases spanning the 1940s to the present, along with the new Steven Spielberg movie,

“If this truth were just known overnight, that would mess up a lot of people,” says Spielberg about the impact of disclosing alien life.

Many have watched recently released UFO videos, but most still think the government knows more than it is saying.

Asked when they humans will likely have contact with extraterrestrials, an eye-popping 21% said, “We already have,” according to the poll.
